With a large, covered outdoor terrace, and surrounded by the gorgeous scenery of Snowdonia National Park, the 4-star Victoria Inn has free parking on site. It is less than 5 minutes’ drive from Llanfair Slate Caverns, the 100-year-old caves where the movie The First Knight was filmed.

Breakfast was great - the Glamorgan sausages are a winner. Need to find out where to get those from! Dinner was also good value for money and nice selection of options. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and really good value. Only small niggle was that the carpet had come away from the wall fittings and I caught my foot on the carpet tacks a couple of time. The housekeeping team were great though and were on the case.

Hotel was well located for our needs. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff all very friendly. We used the restaurant & food was excellent. Restaurant area clean & comfortable. Breakfast pre ordering was good & breakfast was very nice. Hotel situated in a lovely spot by the river & can imagine how lovely it must be in the summer.
