Every room in this hotel looks perfectly clean, including the guest's room itself and the dining hall. The hotel staff is simply wonderful! Very polite and available to help its customers. I'd be happy to stay at this hotel again!

Great location, comfortable, great breakfast with eggs made to order, common tea/coffee room open until 10 pm they also tend to have cookies and croissants from breakfast. Jure (I'm not sure if I got the spelling right) was great help and gave us recommendations for the best restaurants and route to walk for sightseeing and Christmas markets. We loved those huge automatic wooden doors 😀

The room was very spacious, it was very comfortable, the location in the city centre was excellent, just what we needed. It also has a late check-out and coffee and tea are available through the whole day.

Great breakfast every morning. You could order your favorite style of eggs. Gave us a sandwich and fruit for our last day early departure. Very helpful staff.

The location is excellent. It’s very close to the centre of the old town, some good restaurants and department stores. The staff were lovely and willing to help with whatever you need
