Great spacious rooms, amazing friendly staff who are always smiley and ready to help, amazing breakfast which is not buffet style. The free minibar was a lovely touch.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would give 10 ⭐️'s. Everything was amazing! The staff go above and beyond - every single one of them. Their helpfulness to ensuring everything is perfect and no trouble included arranging a hire car to be delivered to hotel for us. Welcomed us with complimentary drinks. Convenient location, and there is also a smartphone to help with local calls, attractions, and GPS, which you can use. I feel like they have thought of everything, and if not, they definitely are more than happy to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and even included a FREE minibar. Large bath, which was inviting after exploring the city. The bed was perfect! Have the breakfast 😋. You order off a menu, freshly cooked, BUT then you can order as many times as you want. The presentation of the meals, the freshness- chefs kiss! Can not wait to stay again!!

Excellent location. Staff were very helpful and friendly and welcoming. Luca (waiter) was excellent and provided us with general knowledge of Slovenia.

The property is centrally located but also easy to get out of the city with a car to explore further afield. Staff are amazing and the hotel is spotless and modern.

Great city centre location, the breakfast food quality and selection was stunning and our room was very spacious with complimentary mini-bar. The hotel was only a short walk from all of Ljubljana's main attractions. The staff were very friendly and efficient especially during a busy Sunday morning breakfast service.
