The room was very cozy. The services and communication were really nice. 😊 We like the design of the room and access to netflix.😃 Thank you for very nice accomodation!

The host was very communicative and made the check in process very smooth even though she wasn't able to arrive due to car troubles. The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed. We were a 10 minute walk to the ocean. We were able to park right out on the road for free. This is a really good option if you are planning on staying for more than one night as there is a full kitchen for you to use. Overall a great spot!

A good location if you’re catching the ferry the next day. Not right in Livorno traffic and centre but on the outskirts with lots of delis around. No supermarket within walking distance though. Easy to park on the street for free. We left both our motorcycles below our window no problem.
