Lovely guest house with good substantial breakfast included (toast, eggs, jam, butter, cereal, tea, coffee, fruit and juice). Well kept grounds and the pool was clean, the shared bathroom is simple but has a good shower. Staff were really friendly and the location is a little further out than other hotels but we felt very safe walking around Livingstone (it is a 12min walk to the curio market) and there are restaurants nearby such as Flavours pub and grill. I would recommend booking tours through the owner/person at reception as the price is better and you are guaranteed to go on that excursion. We booked online at first and the tour forgot to pick us up. After rearranging through the hotel we were picked up the day after by the tour company.

We had a really nice and peaceful stay. Breakfast was tasty and you can ask for freshly brewed coffee. The pool area and terrace is very welcoming to hang out. Staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. We were not lacking anything.

Excellent Location and very beautiful stay option. Value for Money and ideal for both solo and family travellers. Staff is very cooperative and guide you with various activity options. Overall nice place to stay and relax.

The property was amazing in so many ways! Despite being very affordable, the hotel included a variety of amenities and maintained great services. I was also a fan of the backup power that the hotel maintained during recent rolling blackouts (load shedding). Management was very responsive when we needed assistance and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was great and we loved the beds.

Breakfast was good, the property is well located and easy to reach, we had no problem finding our way to any amenities. The staff, especially the proprietor is a lovely hotelier, very friendly and welcoming indeed
