Off street parking, generally tidy inside and out. Plenty of room. Bath and shower, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and 3 toilets in total. Really enjoyed our stay and the place was really quiet cosy and warm. House warms up quickly and any cleaned clothes dry fast. Train station, shops and takeaways walking distance or short drive. Edinburgh 40min drive or 20min train approx.

Good location, close to the Livingston Mall and supermarkets. Enough supply of plates, glasses, cups. cutlery and cooking utensils.

Good location, good parking, clean house. ideal for what we required which was somewhere easy to get to no extras to find and a good sleep.
