Very nice hotel in a good position, in front of a big shopping center and the bus terminal. Friendly and kind staff at the reception. The bed is comfortable and the room was cleaned every day.

We really liked the room, it's cleanness and size. The shower was the most powerful we have ever experienced! The daytime reception staff was very polite and helpful and gave us lots of tips on the local pubs and restaurants and how to get there. The hotel even assisted us with getting a taxi from the train station, as there is no taxi rank there.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind with requests of our group. They made us aware of deals so we got cheaper meals. They were patient with elderly in our party and helped us find a room on the ground floor when we discovered there was no lift

staff were brilliant and cannot be faulted during our stay. the rooms are very tired as is the hallways and building in general. no lift to the upper floor. food was ok - we had breakfast and evening meal there.
