Great little hotel. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Restaurant on site has really nice food. Shame they didn't offer breakfast during our stay but this wouldn't put us off staying again. Excellent links into Edinburgh too!

Staff friendly. Free parking with plenty parking spaces. Restaurant and bar downstairs. Room was great size and clean. Livingstone North station just 1/2 mile away. Tea/Coffee in room.

Plenty free car parking. Staff were friendly. Bar area looked clean although didn’t use it. Room was good size and clean. Tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom was bigger than expected. Close to Livingstone North railway station for train into Edinburgh.

Room was clean and tidy. Room good size. Good shower pressure. Bed was comfortable. Perfect for 1 night stay. Didn’t use restaurant or bar.

Room was much better than I expected. Nice touch chocolate on pillow. Food was very good in the restaurant. Pizzas were delicious. Efficient check in and staff friendly. No complaints
