Simple but very clean and comfortable. Very close to the shopping outlet. Restaurant next door for meals and breakfast, if required. There are some ground level rooms which are great for people like myself with mobility issues. Great value for money.

Good price, very handy for Livingston Centre with great shops and things to do - easily walkable. Plenty of free parking, Some lovely staff. Big comfortable room. Good breakfast.
