Great location, lovely decor in the rooms, very clean, Bluetooth speaks in the rooms, fridge, glasses, huge bath, comfy beds, check in was quick and easy - lady on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Stayed multiple times before and will certainly stay again. Hired a butler through a company they recommended and he was fabulous.

The staff are absolutely lovely and the room was super clean! Lovely to decorate for my daughters 16th. I got a little lost and a man who worked there took my bags and took me to the room really kind and friendly staff. Lovely huge room and great lighting options bathroom super clean.

The hotel was lovely, and the deco was the finest. The spa bath in the room had to be one of our favourites. The staff were lovely and accomidating. We went for the Christmas markets, and they were just across the road from the hotel just down from lime Street stations. The location was perfect.excellent hotle would defo recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also the entertainment all day around was brilliant , the rooms were so spacious aswell which was brilliant for us as a family with kids naps. It’s walking distance to everything aswell

Short walk into the city centre. The room was a really good size and the spa bath was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
