The fine print
Please note that EPIC Apartments do not permit non-resident visitors after the hours of 10PM-8AM.
Early check-in's and Late check-out's may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
We operate from a self check in model - you will be required to fill in a direct self check in form (Charge Automation) which you will receive the link to via your Booking.com messaging platform after making your reservation. You will be required to complete this form, uploading ID for the lead booker and payment method for any remaining balances / security deposits which will be taken via the protected link 1 day prior to arrival (subject to the terms and conditions of your booking - please note this could be taken earlier)
Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit or debit card. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted.
Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth is required via the self check in link and if not actioned, Epic Apart Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any owed funds as per the cancellation policy.
Check In: We operate a full self-check in process. On the day of arrival, you will be contacted via whats app / text message to the number provided on Booking.com from 3PM. The EPIC Team will send your access codes for the building and the lockbox (which will have your fob inside). Please note these will only be sent if you have fully completed your self check in form (Charge Automation).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very very spacious, great location and the place was lovely and modern inside. Had issues with the key code but we called the helpline and they helped us out instantly! WhatsApp chat was a great idea

Great location, the perfect spot between the town and Albert Docks, lots of great restaurants right on the doorstep. Nicely appointed apartment over 2 floors with 2 bathrooms and another WC in the living area, obviously fairly recently refurbished so everything nice and clean/undamaged. Multi channel premium TV was a nice surprise

Liked the spacious feel of the flat & the comfortable beds. The kitchen/dining area was fabulous. We loved the luxurious feel of it & easy dining space. Having two shower rooms was amazing, both very elegant & modernised. Really enjoyed the comfortable seating area as such a great space for relaxing & watching TV. On that note, we kind of wondered why the TV wasn't bigger as it's such a huge wall space. A bigger one would have been fabulous & given more depth to movie nights in.

It was perfect for our Christmas markets trip. Beds are comfy, there's plenty of space to sit, perfectly clean and tidy. Has everything you could need including an iron and ironing board, hairdryer even Nespresso machine. We wanted for nothing. It was lovely and warm when we put the space heaters on.

Location was fantastic, a few minutes walk to Matthew Street. 10 minutes walk over to Albert Docks and 5 minutes wall to Liverpool One. The apartment was amazing. Such a big space and over two floors. We were so shocked when we arrived at how beautiful the apartment was and how spacious it was with great size bedrooms and bathrooms. Couldn't ask for any more.
