Everything is spotless. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the beds are top class. The pool, sauna and steam are fantastic.

Centrally located hotel. Easy access to a range of facilities including important places to visit. The building is beautifully refurbished. Comfortable and a luxuriant ambience. The staff were helpful - in particular Jude the concierge. He welcomed us into to hotel with an easy and appealing manner. He was helpful and very approachable. A great asset to the establishment.

Bar was overpriced. £10 for two small lemonades. Hotel really needs to make it clear that the spa is extra money as it’s expensive. We didn’t go. Asked for a tour and got directed to a QR code. Our bed was not made properly, the under sheet was just covered over with the quilt. Should have been stretched properly and not left all rumpled from a nights sleep.

There was such a good feel about the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. The facilities are excellent and there is a nice ambiance in the lounge and bar area

The reception staff on check in we're amazing, they made everything feel really special and had even upgraded our room. We also had the spa booked which was fab, we had paid for treatments also which we're amazing and we both left feeling really relaxed.
