When I was at University, this building was shut up and not in use. It's so good to see that it is once again welcoming visitors and in such wonderful style. This was our first stay in a Radisson Red, it won't be our last. The service was really good and the staff very friendly and efficient. The decoration and theming of the hotel was really quirky and fun- full of character and humour and our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was really good and the service excellent with a charming and helpful supervisor who pre-empted our needs and a team who made sure that tables were really quickly cleaned and cleared- very impressive. The location is so convenient and the parking deal with St John's makes city centre parking really affordable and safe.

The hotel was spotless and all tbe staff, both Check In and Restaurant, were very friendly and professional. The meal was very good, we were all impressed with the food and service.

Great breakfast, the location is perfect. Loved the hotel building and it was rich in history. Rooms and beds very comfertable. Staff at front desk very helpful and nice.

Great location, modern rooms with some fabulous features of the original building. Great beds, really good shower. I asked for a quiet room and I got just that, it was lovely and quiet and slept well. Have recommended it already to friends. Would stay here again.
