The staff were very friendly. If there were any issues they sorted it. Very good location to station. Continental breakfast on weekend was exceptional.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean, couldn't fault the hotel, we booked to stay for the dolly Parton show, was great location for the train station, theatre and markets. Was given a complimentary continental that we wasn't expecting, definitely reccomend this hotel

First impression was the really friendly staff at reception. Location was great, near the station and city centre. Cheapest hotel we could find in the centre and it was perfectly comfortable and clean. Big TV in room as well. Hot shower.

Great location 1 minute walk from lime street station

The building is very large at very tired looking. This doesn’t take away the fact that it was extremely clean and the location was amazing.
