“Moved to Mountfird Hotel”

We were asked to move our booking to the hotel as they were quiet and wanted to centre everyone on one building so we didn't stay in the suites (this was not a problem for us). The hotel was fine. The decor is a bit dated but the room was clean. Tea and coffee facilities were provided.

We got 'upgraded' to stay in the mountford house hotel. The Ullet rooms we had booked in were not what I had expected from the booking experience on booking.com. Looking back at the booking.com website I can see that I did not read the details closely enough! I thought I was booking BnB but it seems only Bed.

The location was very convenient, right by a bus stop on a couple of routes into the city centre. The room was a good size, with full kitchen facilities which was great when staying for a few days.

We rented the suite for 5 days. The room was very big, very clean and very warm. Location was just a 15 min route with a bus from the city center. The personnel was super polite and super helpful with everything we needed. Next time we visit Liverpool again, this is where we will stay.
