Lovely, clean hotel. Shower nice and powerful and hot. Bed comfortable. Perfect location. Staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. As a solo traveller, I felt safe in this hotel and slept soundly.

A bit cold in the room, the heater take a bit of time to warm it up again, and not enough shampoo. Except for that, everything was really good and beds are the most confortable !!!

This is a beautiful hotel, small but yet spacious, simple yet unique. The location was perfect no matter which way you turned there was a restaurant, bar and shops. The lady who checked us in, was so polite and helpful, just the type of character you need when checking in after travelling etc. The room was so cozy and compact but most importantly clean! The bed was super comfy for me and there was very little noise throughout the hotel. Great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good room, clean, tidy, quiet and great location. 5 min away from Moorfields station, 10 min walk from Liverpool One. Sky TV included and aircon/heating can be set as you want it to be. Breakfast on demand for good price and tasty. Really can not complain.

Nice hotel, friendly, clean. The only issue was the space in the room, the bed was tight up against the window wall. No option to pull it away due to fitted cupboards the other side. Everything else fine.

Excellent Stay – Ticks Every Box! I had a fantastic stay at Z Hotel Liverpool! The staff were incredibly accommodating and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel was spotless, and the level of cleanliness was impressive. Having stayed at several places in Liverpool (as I'm not from the area), I can confidently say this was amazing value for money. It truly ticks every box! I couldn't fault a thing—keep up the great work!

My sister and I stayed last November,so we knew it was a good choice of hotel this time. The room is small but immaculate and comfortable. Location is excellent for visiting all the major attractions,although we are Liverpool born, so have been to many of them. However,we have family in the city,so it is nice to meet them from a central location. It is always great to return to Liverpool because the city has a vibe you will not find anywhere else,plus the friendliness of Liverpudlians is legendary.
