Brilliant location, value for money, comfort, style and a free welcome glass of wine as well as 10% at Wreck for breakfast and Italian Kitchen for dinner. Good for solo traveller too.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Liverpool! In town for my son’s birthday and just like on other special occasions when I’ve stayed at this hotel, they went out of their way to make it a special stay. Consistently high standards. Lovely staff with great local knowledge, rooms with a luxury feel with everything you could need in them, and a great location. Already booked for our anniversary later in the year and will be back before then, given the chance.

From the first point of contact with the hotel staff they were attentive & accommodating. The same level of attentive service was afforded on arrival & during our stay. The hotel is suitably located; rooms are spacious and it was peaceful & restful. We loved the period whereby the guests are invited to meet in the lobby for a complimentary drink. Our stay was delightful….we will return!

Lovely conversion of an old industrial building in a central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable quiet room...plenty of space. Useful kitchenette facilities. Great value.

Clean, central and great value for money. The only constructive feedback would be to have a grab rail above the soap dispensers over the bath to help with getting in and out

Clean room with tea and coffee provided. Also had fridge and microwave with crockery and cutlery if you wanted to have small meals in. Lovely to have a bath and shower to choose from too. Great central location and no noise from outside even though close to lots of clubs, pubs and restaurants
