The location was perfect for us for the places we needed to attend. Very quiet area and hotel. Car park very close by and not busy. Staff very friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

Nice, friendly receptions and a nice clean warm room. Close to the Pierhead and very close to the town centre. All good here! Would I stay here again? Yes I would.

With Christmas being a bad time of year for us just wanted a last minute night away to break it up and a comfortable sleep. The staff wer lovely and I will definitely return, probably many times due to the super reasonable price and ease of bringing my little Pomeranian with me

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and clean. Staff were super kind to me and my little dog Winnie, she really loved her stay with me. I will definitely book again

The building, the decor, tbh everything. Staff friendly, even let me buy a soft drink from the bar even though it was closed, as I forgot to get one on way back to hotel.
