Overlooking the River Mersey and Liverpool city centre, this modern apartment has air conditioning and a large balcony. Accommodating 10 adults, the apartment has 6 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. A security deposit of GDP 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that guests staying in this unit must be aged 25 or over and provide photo ID upon check-in.
