It was very clean. I liked the call I received before I arrived. Very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. The stay was value for money.

It was lovely and clean, our room was clean warm and we had a good night sleep it was quite, we arrived late at night and the lady who owned the property spoke to us on the phone and was so helpful. we was showing the next day at Aintree and had to leave early in the morning so we did not have time to make a drink with the tea coffee etc in our room but there was a mac Donald’s next door so that came in handed.

Was ideal as we went to a party in liverpool, We live out of the area so was just nice to stay out of city centre as hotels in center are expensive. We will stay again if and when we need to as we still have family in liverpool.

We stayed here for a night as we were working round the corner. Owner called with instructions how to get in once we'd finished our job. Easy access. Modern rooms. Lovely and clean. Towels, Kettle, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided. Great showers or a bath if you prefer. Fridge and microwave in the hall to use if you wish. Nice pub up the road serving food. Mcdonalds and Dominoes next door. Anyone that moans at this place I really don't know what you expect for this price bracket. I've stayed in a lot worse and paid more money for the privilege! I'd give it 10 out of 10 for what I'd expect from a B&B.
