Staff were so nice and dealt with our concerns straight away and were so apologetic. Location was fab and for the insanely cheap price you can’t really complain.

Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy and there was a lift which was great with the heavy bags we had. It was very close to the town, just 10mins in a taxi.

Staff of reception were fantastic, stayed here with 8 friends (two apartments) good value for money, and staff were so accommodating to us as we planned a surprise birthday for my partner, brilliant location close to central Liverpool, will definitely stay again

All was good let us check in an hour before we were supposed to and let us leave a little later than checkout as we weren’t ready. Carol on the front desk was so good to us and made sure we knew everything we needed to know and would definitely come back as carol made the stay that much better.! 10/10 service from Carol
