The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and the breakfast wonderful. If we come to Liverpool again we would definitely stay here again.

Staff we're attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. Staff replenished items quickly. Great location, lovely views of the docks and river. Room small but functional, had all amenities we needed. Bathroom small but functional, similar to a cabin bathroom, what we expected. For the price and location this hotel is a great option. We would stay again.

The staff were VERY helpful and friendly, rooms spotlessly clean and good food. It also has free parking, which is a big saving in a city, and 2 EV charging points; really useful, as long as someone selfish doesn’t just PARK their electric car there and leave it there for the duration of their stay, like someone did when we stayed!
