The main breakfast room is pleasant. The continental breakfast was nice. The B&B is located in an area which allows you to see residential Liverpool, not just the city centre. You can take the 82 Bus to the city centre.

John the owner was very welcoming really went that special extra mile to make our stay special.Our room was cozy,clean,warm,quiet and comfortable and breakfast was delicious serving a variety of delicious foods.Location of this beautiful B&B is brilliant with a bus stop straight outside and a Tesco very close by.We had the best overnight stay

Lovely place and friendly, attentive hosts. Beautiful interior and lovely details everywhere. Large period house with huge rooms. No cooked breakfast, but great anyway with croissants, sourdough toast, fresh and poached fruits, cereals, yogurt, ham, smoked salmon and boiled eggs, orange juice, tea and coffee.

A stylish B&B with a lovely host who pays attention to detail and takes a real interest in his guests. Free parking outside was a bonus and helps make this great value for money. Located in an interesting historical area of the city with an easy walk through the park to Lark Lane. I would definitely recommend and come again.
