We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, making us feel truly welcome. A special highlight was being upgraded to a privilege room at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything we could possibly need. We were also treated to a stunning view of the river, which made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when we go to Liverpool.

Bedding had a unusual smell Didn’t smell clean and bed was uncomfortable wouldn’t have stayed for 2 nights but was Ok for 1’night the staff was friendly

In light of the heating situation I rang reception again and a lovely lady answered ( wish I got her name) she was straight up to my room , seen the heater was broken and within half an hour had me moved to a new room heating was already on for us and she even helped me with all my luggage and the travel cot as my partner was at the football. I wish I knew her name but she will know who she is. I appreciate that lady so much she was a god sent. Everything else was perfect and I really enjoyed my stay.

Wonderfully greeted by staff at arrival, amazing location in Liverpool but the highlight was the incredible view of the Liver building !!! Extremely accommodating with late night room service and great atmosphere

Great location right on the Strand, we had a family room that did feel quite cramped. Breakfast was nice,.however constantly empty gaps in hot food, and mushrooms have to be ordered from your table....which seemed odd, and no one comes to ask you if you want them or tell you it is an option. NYE bit disappointed that they did not put on BBC fireworks on the tv, alongside the countdown in the bar.

Spent the night here for NYE. Lovely welcoming environment when we arrived, met with Prosecco and orange juice. Lovely and modern. Not too far to walk from the centre, and reasonably priced for a city this time of year. We had a twin room, the beds were fairly wide and very comfy. Good water pressure in the shower and good lighting for the bathroom mirror. Would stay again!
