The property will contact the guest following their reservation.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses and from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.Please note there is no parking on site. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the warm welcome at reception, to the cosy, comfy & clean room, to the excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our room the overlooked the Mersey. The hotel have a great initiative where you can get drinks vouchers in place of room cleaning. We also enjoyed the 50% off steak night! The staff are excellent and we shall return.

Lovely, quirky decor and a good sized room. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the shopping centre and restaurants. The breakfast was very good, with continental and a cooked options (or both!), and the ability to make drinks to take away. We were even given a free cocktail each for my husband’s birthday. We’d definitely stay here again.

Reception staff so helpful and friendly. I took my 11 year old daughter for part of her Christmas present. Given 2 none alcoholic cocktail vouchers on arrival. Food was delicious and loved the decor.

Stunning hotel! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We were worried it was going to be cold in the room as it was icey outside, but it was nice and cosy. Staff were lovely, and the breakfast was good too. Such a shame we didn't book more than 1 night; we will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Food was good and the bar bites menus was great value. The staff were very efficient and exceptionally friendly. The location is perfect, in a lovely location on the Mersey with fabulous sites nearby and just a few minutes walk to the city centre.

Beautiful rooms, well decorated, (view from window is luck of the draw but if you get the waterfront side its beautiful), clean and also warm which was great since its winter. amazing bathroom facilities including a wide and deep bath (perfect for taller people). Lovely warm firepit in the hotel lobby. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out process.
