Location and parking, went to Anfield and was perfect. Also bubble bath in the room was quite surprising but excellent.

Joe really looked after me from the moment I arrived and nothing was too much trouble! He even brought a champagne flute and plate and cutlery to my room for my uber eats without me even asking - i just happen to mention it ! The room was great but I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bath which had lovely powerful jets and having owned a similar bath in the past and knowing how soap can get stuck in the jets and expell debris, I have to say that this was clearly serviced regularly as my bath water was pristine from the off 🙂 Great Internet connection and Netflix facilities too and parking onsite a bonus - super close to anfield for fans of the red men or visiting away fans This is definitely a go to hotel for me for future trips to Liverpool- great job 👏🙌

Great little hotel, room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated, bed was comfy. Hotel provided Free parking, staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention for Mark he was absolutely lovely nothing to much bother really enjoyed talking to him.

The location was fantastic for both a match at Anfield(10 minute walk) and the city centre. The staff were extremely courteous, professional and super helpful.

Staff were extremely helpful and warm. The room was clean, spacious and reasonably well equipped for a short stay, though could do with a shelf in the bathroom, which was big and the lovely-looking shower promised well... Breakfast was fine and again the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
