Breakfast was good quality ingredients, but a touch small (I do have a big appetite though!). Simple check in process. VERY spacious room (Not sure if I was accidentally given a bigger one...). Staff were very helpful, I left my charger in error and they organised posting it back out to me (at my expense, of course) quickly and easily.

Vinod was on hand to help with a few things to look at in our room. Had been out for the day and in return he saw us to say they had been done.

very close to Aintree, comfortable and warm. breakfast was great. Off road parking. we had 2 rooms both very spacious. decent size bathroom in one of the rooms. over all a great stay. the bed was low down in room 9, fine for us but no good if you struggle to get up. would stay again.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Rooms excellent for our needs. It's a little gem in the middle of Liverpool.

Very friendly! Great to visit either Liverpool( train station near by) or the Anthony Gormley Statues on Crosby Beach!
