Like - loved the staff: the receptionist Sue and others and the cleaner - location - clean room - power shower Dislike - No bottled water given and no more refills on tea/coffee/milk packets although we were there for 3 days - mattresses and furniture a bit tired and squeeky

Great location, near shops pubs and restaurants. Everything within walking distance. Friendly helpful staff. A very clean room with comfortable beds.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Liverpool. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are so helpful and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the needed amenities. Reasonably priced for what you're getting and where you are. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Liverpool.

Great stay at Central Station Hotel. Great spot, very central and close to both stations. Lovely staff - Colette in particular was so kind and helpful. Felt very safe staying here with 24 hour service on the desk. Great facilities for a night stay with a big group. Rooms were very clean and fresh - could not fault. Comfortable beds, and good facilities, crisp clean towels, water bottles and tea station etc.

Really lovely little hotel. Lots of stairs to climb in this building, but it's a very cute little layout and was interesting. Staff were incredibly friendly Great tea, coffee and biscuit selection in the bedroom

Near train station, rounded with bars, modern rooms, very very friendly staff…. Ps.Hotel it is on top of bars so little bit of music can be heard from your room. But i went there for music so didn’t bothered me….
