Excellent stay. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. We were thrilled to get access to our room early in the morning as we had an early flight and were all tired. The room was very spacious. The location was ideal. Lovely hotel , will definitely stay here again.

Very well positioned, directly opposite the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and great view of the city. I'd definitely stay again

Location is excellent, opposite the Station and close to Philharmonic Hall, Shopping Centre and walkable to Docks in Liverpool. Room was more than adequate. Breakfast first class. All staff were exceptional.
