Our whole experience was just perfect ! Our rooms were spacious , spotless and bright. The bed was sumptuous , the bedding of the highest quality and we all had a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was gorgeous with lovely products and towels. There was nothing we could fault. The location was excellent , handy for shops , restaurants and the Albert Docks , all within walking distance. There are no words to describe the breakfast ! We were all blown away by the quality , choice , service and while experience .

Location was great in the middle of Liverpool, great night sleep, quiet, comfortable bed. Breakfast was fabulous and plenty of choice. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome

Pets are allowed almost everywhere in the hotel and there is a park nearby. Parking is also available on site and in a nearby parking lot. Very well located.

Central location. Fantastic for shops and restaurants. Room was great size and excellent views of docks. Bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
