When we arrived to check in the gentleman on reception was very welcoming and noticed as some of us had mobility problems he upgraded us to a ground floor apartment so we didn't have to climb too many stairs and also offered us all free breakfast aswell would definitely recommend this b&b and on our next visit to Liverpool will definitely book again.

Good communication with the owner. We had contacted them asking if it was possible to leave the car at accommodation prior to booking so we didn't have to pay for parking in the town and they were happy for us to do that we actually arrived early than expected which they were ok with. They actually allowed us to check in, had upgraded us to bigger room, and informed us we had been picked to have a free breakfast in the morning! Breakfast was help yourselg and consisted of toast/cereals, tea, coffee, juices and fresh fruit.
