The location and breakfast were excellent, and the service was outstanding – very helpful and attentive. The location is very central, making it easy to visit the city's main attractions on foot. The breakfast, while simple, is thoughtfully prepared with great options and exceptional service – definitely a 10/10 experience. Every time we ordered eggs, they were cooked perfectly and served with a smile. Huge compliments to the staff for their fantastic service!

The property was clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Very central to everything but we didn’t hear street noise from the hotel. Easy to find, only a 5 minute walk from the station. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to people wanting to see Liverpool, only a 10 ,impute walk to the Docks, and 5 minutes to shops, pubs on the doorstep.
