What a beautiful hotel! So many glamorous original features, but with 21st century comfort and convenience. The room we got first was lovely but had a poor view, so the team kindly found us a better room with a better view for no extra cost. The room was comfortable and clean, and we had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Downstairs the bar area was peaceful and comfortable with lovely staff. Great value and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is central (10 min walk from Lime Street station), in an old converted building. The room was quiet and comfortable, though the view looked directly into a room from another building so I mostly left the curtains closed for privacy. There were lots of great restaurants in the surrounding streets, and the breakfast offered a standard selection of pastries, cereals, and cooked breakfast.

Great location, just around the corner from the Cavern Quarter for a night out out! The lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. She also gave us a bit of history around the building’s link to the Titanic, which was really interesting.

The hotel is in a fantastic location - all the staff were very friendly and welcoming - the breakfast was excellent - very clean and the room great - the bed was very comfortable - thank you Aloft.

Centrally located hotel in an old insurance building with great entry hall and historic details. We first got a room in the basement which was quite dark but we were able to move to an upper floor room which fitted well
