We liked being on the "other side" of the huge bay of Livadia. Very quiet, nice view from the balcony over the bay.

We loved Maria's helpfulness and friendliness, the stunning location, view from our balcony, and the many walks Tilos has to offer! We also liked being so close to Livadia with its beautiful beach and having another small beach very nearby. The choice of so many excellent restaurants was lovely too.

Maria is an amazing host. She both picked us up at the port and took us back there the last day. She keeps a very tidy place. The room and its view is gorgeous. I really felt relaxed and at ease at her place. A "must" apartment for anyone that wants to enjoy the views, sounds of the sea and the breeze. I could easily stay here whole summer!

The guesthouse is in a lovely location at the far end of the bay, looking across to the port. We had a nice balcony which got the afternoon sun, shaded by plants. There is a pedestrian promenade along the sea front all the way back to the port - lined with beach bars and cafes, it is one of the nicest things about Livadia (as well as the clear, calm, warm sea and the friendly welcome!). Maria is a great host, collecting us from the port, suggesting and booking restaurants, v helpful.
