Quite big room, with a fridge and a huge TV screen. Located nearby a super diner (high five) and close to Clearwater Park. the internet only worked right in front of the office, so if we take it on the positive side, it's ok to disconnect.

The manager who we were speaking with was quite polite, helpful, and accommodating when we needed to charge our electric car that was rejecting the level 3 chargers down the road. We were able to enjoy the property and access to a nice walk along the Thompson River the day the car was charging. It's a beautiful area. Our room was comfortable and clean. The facility is not new but is well kept.

Room seemed to be cleaned. Kitchen included a two burner induction stove top, which was a bonus. Bed was comfortable. Seems to be the cheapest non-camping option in the area.

Basic, Inside was much better that outside. shampoo provided buy not any soap. Right on the large river so not suitable for children. We enjoyed the seclusion. the river and the trains and didn't mind that it is right on the highway, With a lot of work this could be lovely.
