It's "normal" clean for a hotel in big cities but "exceptional" clean for this outback location where there are so many flying and crawling bugs out in the wilderness.

The managers, Viv and Nev, were very welcoming, and the (bed&bath) rooms were spotless, with a comfy bed and good pressure on the shower. We also had a wonderful meal at the restaurant, and loved our salt&pepper calamari, steak, and lamb dishes. They were very tasty, beautifully cooked and presented. Service was exceptional. Highly recommended! :D

When arriving to a clean fresh room also we arrived late and the staff were so lovely they still let us order dinner as it was closing time with a smile . My grandson totally loved his chicken snitty . My husband loved chatting with the owner about the V8’s !! Thank you again cannot wait tell next year.

We have stayed at Bushman's many times over the years - definitely our "Preferred Stay" in the Lithgow region. The motel is very convenient for large vehicles ; we used to stay when we had our Removalist's Business and parking the truck up safely was not a problem; also the fact that they had/have a licensed restaurant was a big plus on the road. Now retired, it was just natural to go back there to stay. It's well off the highway and very quite, a real wind down ! The restaurant and bar are great. Our meals were top class, and still home cooked good Aussie Tucker and definitely not skimpy. Family owned and operated and much loved !

The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a really nice meal in the dining room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided us with a great dining experience.
