The location is amazing with a breathtaking seaview you can enjoy from your porch or the balcony, which has a couple bed swings and other comfy furniture. You can easily walk to the beach in basically one minute and Cameo Island is around a 5-minute walk. The hosts are one of the bests I have ever met, they are extremely hospitable, welcoming and accommodating. Tereza is a truly kind-hearted person, who helped us with any questions we had. The homemade things and the garden would be the cherry on top, we could try their olive oil, wine, jam and we could take herbs from the garden for our meals any time we wanted. One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed at❤️

Theresa was an amazing host. We got some presents, she gave us all the recommendations and was the sweetest perosn ever. The accommodation is so clean and everything you need is there. The views are amazing too.

The host Tereza and her husband were amazing, super helpful and cleaned our apartment multiple times throughout our stay so it was always perfect. The view from the apartments was unreal and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here with friends or family.

Theresa and her husband are the best hostesses! They are so welcoming and warm! The location is perfect over the beach with a short trail leading to the beach and Cameo Island within 5 min distance. The terrace in Koklas studios is amazing overlooking the sea,, with tables and chairs and even tree house the children loved! Theresa and her husband invited us to have barbecue and they were very generous, it was amazing! There are several taverns and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The property is close to the beach, 2-3 minutes walking distance. Tereza and her husband were always there for us when we needed. They provided us olive oil, tea and orange jam. The apartament was cleaned each two days, even the day before our departure. We loved the place and definetly would come back to them!

Our stay in Koklas studios was simply amazing. Teresa is an angel! She is truly kind person, she helped us whenever we needed something and was also super generous. We especially appreciated that we could use anything from her garden. And the olive oil...10 out of10!

We liked so much! You feel like home really. Tereza makes you feel like home from the moment you step in. She has a small garden from which you can take whichever fruit or vegetable you want! When we were there we had grapes and potatoes which was really nice! The room and the view are authentic and lovely! The olive oil is really good! The location is also very good as you have everything you’d need around. She also helped us with advice about which beaches I can go to being pregnant and was very helpful with so much. Thank you so much Tereza and don’t think twice about coming here! You’ll love it!

The concept of this type of accommodation was exceptional. The owners are extremely friendly. They provided us with fresh, organic products from their own household, including olive oil, olives, fruits, vegetables, and wine. A lovely surprise awaited us in the room: a bottle of organic olive oil as a souvenir, a jar of homemade orange jam, and some natural tea. Since we had no checked luggage, Tereza kindly replaced the olive oil bottle with two 100 ml bottles for us to carry home in our hand luggage. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. The terrace of the accommodation is stunning, overlooking the sea. The property is just a few minutes from a sandy beach.
