We enjoyed most of the stay, except for some of the items as listed below. The reception staff and bar staff were most helpful. Location was excellent for access to the town.

The hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful and lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel as the money value was excellent. The room was massive, lots of space.

Lovely welcome. Every member of staff was exceptional. Great design and decor. Comfortable lounge/cafe and bar. Great breakfast choices. Well worth paying that bit more than the Premier Inn.

The interior design of the lobby was gorgeous, the live music whilst checking in gave a good atms op here to the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helping with any questions we had overall great experience .

Our stay at the hotel was unexpected, after we had to change our travel plans due to the closure of Holyhead port (we were travelling from Manchester to Bantry and had to re-route our ferry crossing via Cairnryan and Belfast). we picked the hotel very quickly based on proximity to our route, and were very pleasantly surprised when we got there. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable (with a really nice bathroom, which is always an important criterion in my book) and the general ambiance of the hotel was excellent. it was obviously a very quite night (Boxing day) but felt very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for the staff on duty. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.
