the room was relatively small but cosy and comfortable. There was everything you may need. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Stuff was extremely friendly and polite. Located in our favourite Lisbon area.

Helpful staff, no complaints, everything as advertised, very comfortable beds, peaceful and well turned out decor. Great location with plenty of third party parking in the vicinity. would definitely recommend.

This is my 4th time in the elegant hotel and the 2nd offered a free upgrade to the suite. How not to like of this kind of service. Expresso machine, balcony huge bathroom and bed. Simply perfect

Staff and facilities are great. I been few times to this Hotel and it's one of my favorite. They were so nice that have upgraded me for a penthouse suite which was amazing.
