Everything about our stay at Haws was 10/10. The beautiful design of the hotel and rooms, the space and furniture and facilities and products, comfortable beds and sofas. The staff are so helpful and friendly and accomodating and have great advice. We have been travelling as a family for 6 weeks and so far this has been our favourite hotel. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a beautiful, safe, comfortable stay. The metro is a 2 minute walk away so everything is accessible.

A really stellar choice for a family holiday trip with adult children. This is truly the best of both worlds: the space and amenities of a rental apartment with the conveniences of a full-service hotel. Incredible value for the price, with nice touches like free coffee in the lobby, pastries offered at check-in, and unlimited complimentary filtered water. The staff was unfailingly kind and competent, offering to help with reservations and recommendations and available 24 hours. A fairly well-equipped kitchen, along a huge Lidl supermarket just up the street, made Christmas baking possible. A bit away from the major tourist areas, but very convenient to trams and metro, very well-served by Bolt/taxis, and walkable to almost everywhere in about 25-30 minutes (plus, some of the best restaurants and small shops we found during our trip were within a few blocks). Apartment layout and furnishings are great -- not at all the cheapo fixtures and livelaughlove-core of many rental apartments, many of which cost a great deal more. Their renovation of a gorgeous old building is really impressive, with the preservation of some lovely original details and a very smart use of space.

Perfect stay, very good coffee at reception (the one from the penthouse isn't good sadly), very nice and helpful team, nice outdoor, great location near the metro (so easy!), nice decoration

Staying at Haws Lisboa was an absolute pleasure. The rooms are delightful, bright and very clean. The customer service was impeccable, both day and night. We had some disasters with luggage at the airport and sickness and the Haws staff was incredibly helpful and polite the entire time. The neighbourhood is up and coming and we had no disruptions during the night. The beds were so comfortable and the fact that there was 2 bedrooms was really nice. We used their room serviced provider and this was great too. I have honestly nothing bad to say. We stayed in 5 countries in Europe during this trip and this apartment was by far the best out of them all.
