Location . Clean room, good shower . Friendly and helpful reception and bar staff. They were really accommodating giving us a free drink in lieu of breakfast!

Location excellent. Very friendly staff. Service excellent. Breakfast was very good . My wife has a dietary condition and was catered for very well. Just mention the room number and everyone jumped to her aid.

Best hotel for Lisbon, in the center of the city with everything walkable around, the room was super big and quiet even when the streets were live and active, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice restaurant to eat.

the room is of normal size, the bed is good, both the coffee machine and the fridge serve well. the breakfast is simple but decent, frontdesk and bar staff very welcoming and helpful (we forgot a comb in the room and went back to collect), the bathroom is comfortable
