I liked the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the facilities provided in the room (tea, coffee etc.). Breakfast was a bit expensive but the variety and freshness of the food was a positive aspect of the breakfast. Room was very clean. I am happy to stay in Zenit hotels (though I should not be expressing my preference there are also other brands I like but lately I discovered Zenit hotels and I am happy with my preference) when I stay in Portugal and Spain, it never fails one's expectations in terms of quality. I hope it continues to be like this.

- the excellent connection from and to Airport (metro), public transport to the city center, and grocery nearby. - helpful staff, ( air condition failure solved in a few minutes. - breakfast - real juice (fresh, squeezed)

The location was excellent, because of the multiple Metro lines available. Also the blue design of the exterior walls worked well for discovery.

Bar staff were very poor. Never behind bar, had to constantly ring bell for service and when that ignored had to ask reception to help. Barman had no personality, showed no interest in guests and took ages to fill the simplest 2 drink order. Very poor.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a top location. Staff is amazing! The room was very good and spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We had a lovely stay and plan to repeat.
