very pleasant stay with super friendly and helping staff all over. the hostel is simple but functional, you need to be ok to walk a few stairs but it's worthy it for the nice view you have from the upper floor to the castle at night time, beautiful color lights will give you a great picture. you can go on tours direct from the hostel with your hostel buddies which is a great feature for lonely travelers I guess. all in all I would def recomand this lovely hostel, super good located on top.

The hostel is in a very centre of town but still in a quiet street, so you can sleep well. Curtains of the beds work well to keep some privacy. I used the kitchen for some basic cooking, and it was well equipped. Relaxing area very upstairs with a view of Castello us ust perfect. I would stay there again.

Helpful staff – they assisted me with my luggage up and down the stairs. Clean - they clean regularly. Nice shared space. Well equipped and clean shared kitchen. Good location. Confortable matress. Welcome drink provided. Plus, good marketing (which is more beneficial for them).

A very peaceful and pleasant hostel, with daily events to keep you busy. Henry was fantastic and gave me a detailed breakdown of the city and all of its sights.

I really liked the staff. They are super friendly, very kind, and helpful in many ways. There are many stairs, but they helped with my bag without hesitation. They are always willing to help and suggest a restaurant or any other thing you need. The girl from the front desk paid so much attention to what I was telling her, and as she knew I would go to Porto, she had a letter for me with some information. The room was very clean, well illuminated, and organised. The locks were more than sufficient. The bathroom was clean and organised, and they had good pressure in the shower.

Very lovely hostel at the heart of Lisbon. Extremely helpful, professional, friendly and welcoming staff who really made my stay. Nice activities organized by the hostel. I also got a briefing of what to do in the city. Never got this kind on service in any hotel, hostel nor b&b in the world. Thank you and see you definitely again!
