The pillows and bed were comfortable and the room was okay, staff was friendly but seemed stressed upon the check in because it was a bit busy and I don’t think there was a lot of staff, very little smiles from them. The free WiFi and a free water of bottle was a nice gesture.

Almost everything: - The Concierge/Door man was very attentive to the details which somehow makes a hotel. - Room was clean and has a special note. - Accessible hotel to the zone. - Is silent which is great!

The hotel was in a good location, close the shopping malls, eateries, metro, with very friendly staff, bfast had a lot of variety to choose from, rooms were spacious and clean and were comfortable, the whole family enjoyed it... highly recommended :)
