Nice hotel! The staff is friendly. The room was clean and spacious. On the day of check-in, tea and dessert were brought to us. It was a pleasure! The room was warm and bright. They cleaned well.

The hospitality and friendliness of the Staff were exceptional! People at the Reception helped with all the questions and issues (not related to the hotel) that I faced. I felt like staying with friends rather than at the hotel :)

The guesthouse was really close to the tube station which made it very easy to get around. The room was clean and nice. The staff was polite and friendly. They even delivered complimentary pastel de natas to our room, which was such a nice gesture🫶

We had booked a double room but when we arrived, we were given a whole apartment, which would've been ideal if we'd been staying longer and wanted to cook. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with good double glazing to keep out the noise from the street below. For us the location was ideal: close to nice shops and restaurants, not too far from the centre and good value for money.
