The staff was amazing- friendly, helpful and respectful. The check in was super easy and quick, even though I arrived quite late in the day. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the facility is well equipped, clean and comfortable.

location is very good, near by the metro, and central park in marques de pombal. There's a very good market. Also there's a free breakfast, is a very good welcoming.

The hostel was in a very strategic location. It’s walking distance to the main city and many other places. The rooms were clean. I stayed in a shared 4-bed. It comes with your own locker to keep your things. You will have to bring your own lock or you can get one at the vending machine in the hostel. The toilets were very clean and hot water was available at any time of the day. They served muffins and crackers with free coffee from 0800-1100 and also they have a kitchen for you to store your own food.
