The hotel was lovely, really clean and convenient. Breakfast was great, staff were nice and the bar men were super, really helpful and chatty. Only disappointment with the hotel was our room didn’t have a walk in shower and my mum couldn’t access the bath. The food in the restaurant was the worst we have ever experienced, would definitely not eat there. The waiter told us the restaurant is not part of the hotel.

The location is excellent, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The happy hour is fantastic, with a great selection of wines. Be sure to book a superior room to enjoy the view and added amenities.

Great location. Well designed room, comfortable mattress, well maintained and equipped bathroom. Very good breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Attentive and pleasant staff with prompt response.

- Location is really good - Lots of restaurants, shops and coffees around - Around 45min walk to Castelo de S. Jorge and Alfama - Common area was nice, live music, place to work, happy hour - Staff was nice
