Torel Palace has to be one of the most beautiful hotels out there, with the added bonus of been perfectly locatated to take in the stunning views of the city. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to chose from with both hot & cold options, so would be hard pushed to not find something you'll like. But what really makes this hotel a stand out from others is the staff. From the minute you arrive at the hotel, to literally the minute you leave they look after you. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and attentive and you really get the impression that nothing would be too much trouble for them. The really want to do everything thing they can to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible and they really do just that. It's all the little touches that make this hotel stand out. We had a lovely bottle of wine waiting in our room when we arrived and since returning home and looking at the rooms again, it looks like we may have received an upgrade that we weren't aware of at the time. We knew all the rooms were amazing but did think this one was extra special and that would be why 😊 we will definitely be back !

Staff and food great - it was our wedding anniversary and a lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us in our room! Relaxing massage in the lovely spa - the funicular was only yards away, which you can see from the front patio of the hotel, if you want a quick way down to the main restaurants and shops.
