Large Comfortable beds. Bathrooms very clean and modern with all amenities. Very soft towels. Did not have breakfast, as we had to be at airport for 6am, but they had complimentary coffee and pastries at the front desk area.

The Staff is super friendly and very very helpful. They will go above and beyond in trying to solve any issue a guest has. The location is great.

Everything, particularly location. Great selection for breakfast. Upgrade to the suite very much appreciated. Drinks in the sky bar also really reasonably priced and possibly the best Moscow mule ever.

The receptionists, Rute and Alexandre were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay extra special. We enjoyed our stay at Tivoli, everyone is very helpful and super friendly. Higly recommended, one of our best hotel experience. 😀😃🙂 Obrigado everyone and see you again. 😀

Final night before we would fly (early) out of Portugal. Perfect hotel to stay with a shopping and entertainment center around the corner. It's about a five minute drive from the airport as well as a train station and subway around the corner. Easy parking access and very friendly staff.

easy to access any part of Lisbon, the hotel was modern and clean and comfortable, we thought we would try it as we had to catch the flix bus the next day which is very close, we were not disappointed
