We stayed for five nights. It was excellent. The price was competitive. We had a spacious, spotless room with a modern bathroom. The shower cubicle was massive. All staff members were friendly and efficient. Most spoke English but were willing to help me with my Portuguese. The breakfast was superb, with a comprehensive spectrum of foods on offer. Eggs were cooked to order.

Nice big rooms with comfortable beds. The service from the staff was above and beyond all expectations. They are all too ready to fix a problem immediately, if it arises, and they’ll sit with you to plan out your day and night. They have a 24 hour desk. Their local knowledge is invaluable, don’t be afraid to befriend them. Special thanks to Walid and Joao.

Brillant Location, really central could walk everywhere, lovely and clean, comfortable beds, really amazing breakfast with lots of choice, loved that you can come back to hotel in the evening and can have some Tea/coffee and cakes in open plan room, really lovely feel to this hotel and Staff were excellent big shout out to Joao! Thank you all!

The staff were all welcoming and friendly and they spoke many languages between them. They had great tips for things to do. The breakfast buffet was great, with freshly made eggs to order. The left overs then get left out for afternoon tea and coffee and tea are always available. Comfortable room and the hotel is in a great location.

The stuff - the best there is! The location - doesnt get more central than that. Breakfast - excellent. Facilities - great. One comment - the AC .
